  • Company Fascia Sign: 300 cm × 30 cm × 1
  • Conference Table (with Tablecloth): 1

  • 10W Clip-on LED Lights (White): 3
  • Exhibitor Credentials: 6 badges per booth

Optional Equipment Rental：

The following equipment may be purchased in addition to the standard booth package:

• Additional Chair: NT$30 per chair (standard plastic chair)
• Chunghwa Telecom 1 Gbps Wired Internet Service
• Wi-Fi Router / Wireless Internet Sharing Device
• For any additional equipment requirements, please contact the Organizer directly.

Internet Service Application：

If Internet service is required for your booth, please submit your request at the time of registration.
Available services include:

• Chunghwa Telecom 1 Gbps Wired Internet Service
• Wi-Fi Router / Wireless Internet Sharing Device

Electrical Safety Regulations：

• Each standard booth includes one (1) 110V / 500W electrical outlet.
• Exhibitors requiring additional electrical capacity must submit an application during registration. Additional power distribution will be arranged only after approval by the Organizer.
• Unauthorized connection to neighboring booths’ electrical supply, unauthorized electrical wiring, or use of equipment exceeding the approved power capacity is strictly prohibited.
• If a booth causes power outages, circuit overloads, or any other electrical malfunction due to excessive or improper power usage, the Organizer reserves the right to immediately suspend the booth’s power supply without refund of any electrical service fees. Any damage, fire, personal injury, or other losses resulting from improper electrical usage shall be the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.

Disclaimer
If any matters are not specified in these regulations, the Organizer reserves the right of interpretation, supplementation, and final determination regarding these event regulations.
In the event of circumstances involving public safety, government authorities, venue management requirements, or other special situations, the Organizer may adjust relevant management measures according to actual needs.
Any such adjustments will be announced through the official website and social media platforms.
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Chinese version and any translated versions of these regulations, the Chinese version shall prevail. All interpretations and decisions shall be based on the Chinese version.

報名商業攤需遵守：一般參加者入場規範、社團參加者入場規範。

如有CosPlayer之情況須遵守：CosPlay、攝影、記者入場規範。

費用及入名額：

• 3×3米攤位大小：
  • 攤位尺寸：3×3米（一張桌子、附４張摺疊椅）。
  • 攤位費用：（待公告）元／1場。
  • 免費入場人數：4人。
• 3×6米攤位大小：
  • 攤位尺寸：3×6米（兩張桌子、附４張摺疊椅）。
  • 攤位費用：（待公告）元／1場。
  • 免費入場人數：8人。
• 其他尺寸攤位大小：
  • 請來信詢問。
• 椅子加購：20元／1場（一般塑膠椅）。
• 中華電信有線網路1G及無線網路WIFI機裝設費用：3500元
• 110V電力插座裝設費用：（待公告）元

商業攤註冊

1. 請於選單列上【商業攤報名】選項內點選註冊帳號並同意【社團參加者規範、隱私條款、服務條款】。
2. 商業攤為【審核制】，請於報名社團報名期間內報名。
3. 學校社團或在學中之文化創作科系，請於【商業攤報名】＞【備審資料】上傳在學證明書(並蓋有校方印鑑)。
入場時將查驗教師工作證或學生證。

社團入場方式：

• 【商業攤入場QR-Code】僅限商業攤入場使用，內含社團資料切勿外流。
• 入場時將蓋印【社團入場章】。

攤位內網路及110V電力插座：

• 請於活動報名時同時申請：
  • 【中華電信有線網路1G及無線網路WIFI機】
  • 【電力供給插座】
• 中華電信有線網路1G及無線網路WIFI機使用規範
  • 禁止私接無線網路WIFI機，
    如私接分享器如被中華電信工程人員發現私接造成罰款，將由商業攤攤主自行承擔法責任及一切費用。
• 電力插座使用規範
  • 禁止私接隔壁攤位電力。
  • 插座輸出功率禁止超過2000w。
  • 如發生跳電或其他導致無法正常供電之情形，恕無法退費。
